What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Optional phone number
- Message content (your project description)
- The page path you submitted from (technical metadata in the JSON payload)
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social widgets on this site. No third-party tracking scripts load before or after you interact with the cookie banner.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare a project scope, and maintain records of business correspondence. Processing is based on your initiation of contact and our legitimate interest in operating a consulting practice.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last message in a thread unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete earlier when no contract exists.
Your rights under PDPA
You may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of your personal data. We will verify requests using the email address you provided. Contact info@signal-delta.digital or call +886-2-0000-1203.
Where data is processed
The inquiry form posts JSON to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our hosting environment stores submissions for staff review. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and local storage
Only essential storage is used: your cookie consent choice (see the Cookie notice). Rejecting nonessential tracking has no effect because we do not operate analytics cookies.

We may update this notice when our processing changes. The revision date appears at the bottom of this page.
