Scope
This policy applies to paid project-based programming consulting engagements quoted by Signal Delta Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 79418584, Representative Wu, Hao-Chen). Inquiry through the website is free; fees apply only after you accept a written quote or statement of work.
Proposed terms below follow common Taiwan distance-selling practice (Consumer Protection Act Arts. 18–19) and are pending explicit business confirmation.
Seven-day withdrawal (distance contracts)
For services purchased remotely without face-to-face negotiation, you may cancel within seven days of receiving the signed contract, provided we have not begun deliverables with your written consent. Notify us at info@signal-delta.digital with your contract reference.
After work has started
Once you authorize us to access repositories or attend working sessions, completed milestones are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused prepaid phases may be negotiated in writing if you cancel before the next milestone begins.
Deposits and no-shows
Project deposits listed in your statement of work are applied to the first milestone. Missed workshops without twenty-four hours’ notice may forfeit that session’s prepaid portion as stated in your contract.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer. We confirm by email when initiated.
