Agreement
These terms apply to your use of signal-delta.digital and to written statements of work we sign for programming consulting projects. Signal Delta Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 79418584, Representative Wu, Hao-Chen) provides the site and services.
Site use
Content describes our event-driven architecture consulting capabilities. It is informational and not a binding offer until we send a signed quote or statement of work.
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without permission, or scrape personal data from forms.
Consulting engagements
Project work is delivered under separate contracts that list deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees in TWD where applicable, and intellectual property terms. Unless a contract states otherwise, you retain ownership of your pre-existing code; we assign custom code created for you upon full payment.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Technical recommendations on the site do not guarantee production outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
